Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed. Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and shipped.
Changes to Orders
You may request a change to your order only if the order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to change your item, the following conditions apply:
- The item you wish to change to must be of equal or higher value than the original item.
- The requested item must be in stock.
- The change request must be made before the item is shipped.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, except in the following cases:
- Incorrect Item Sent: If we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement at no extra charge and take back the incorrect item sent.
To qualify for the refund policy, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and the product must not be tampered with, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it in.
Returns Policy
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken and/or the serial number has been tampered with.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company will inspect and validate the claim. If the item does not meet the criteria outlined above, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
Refund Processing Time: If a refund is issued, please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
How to Request a Refund, Exchange, or Change
If your order qualifies for a refund, exchange, or change, please follow these steps:

Non-refundable Items
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless defective.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
